Heated drum and pail insulated covers help to keep contained product from freezing. Also used to adjust the viscosity of liquids for processes.
Heated Insulated covers can also be used to protect the contents of pails and drums from freezing when stored in unheated buildings and structures in below freezing environments.
Available for standard 30 and 55 gallon drum sizes and custom manufactured to any size - send us a photo and dimesions and let us quote a custom fit insulated or heated cover.
Helps speed the flow of high viscosity fluids such as oils, lubes and foods. Does not contaminate or scorch product.
A dual heat zone is available.
The heated version includes an adjustable thermostat - 50F to 160F.
An optional insulated top cover for increased thermal protection and energy efficiency is available.
Constructed from high temperature silicone rubber coated fiberglass fabric with a 1" thick needled fiberglass insulation layer.
Designed for indoor or protected outdoor use.
Heater power details: Poly drum heaters maximum power is 770 watts. Metal drums with dual zone heaters use a maximum of 3200 watts. 55 metal drum heater is 1600 watts.
Available for 120 or 220-240 volt operation.
