Abrasion, Wear and Blowout Protection Sleeves for Wire, Cable and Hoses

ScuffSleeveä abrasion resistance sleeve for hoses, cable and wire and tubing that are moved regularly or flex in operation can be provided by using ScuffSleeveä, available in 7 continuous sleeves (braided and woven) and 4 retrofit sleeves with hook and loop closure. These sleeve are available in bulk and shop spools of various standard lengths (see catalog pdf for information of the available lengths).
These sleeves are sold in 50, 100 and 150 foot increments. Available in standard sizes; larger or custom sizes can be easily fabricated. Helps to organize and bundle hoses and cables. Excellent abrasion, scuff and wear resistance.

Abrasion & Wear Protection Nylon Braided Monofilament Sleeve
ScuffSleeve™ Nylon MonoBraid abrasion resistance sleeve for protection of hoses and cables that are moved regularly or flex in operation.
Two versions of the sleeve are available: .020" round filament (2500 abrasion cycle rated) and .050" flattened filament (4400 abrasion cycle rated).
Available in bulk spool lengths and smaller shop spool lengths.

The standard sleeve is fabricated from a tight and dense weave of nylon, with a high denier count of 1050. Often referred to as "ballistic Nylon".
Available in 75, 150 and 300 foot lengths.

Can be cut with heavy duty shears or heat knife. High wear resistant sleeve with 3500 abrasion cycle rating.

The fiberglass base fabric allows for a higher level and more intense exposure to weld splatter and sparks than the nylon version of the sleeve is capable of withstanding.
