InSilMax™ extreme high temperature liquid metal pouring mesh filters can be used with aluminum, copper, brass, gray iron, ductile iron and other metals. Used in permanent mold, centrifugal casting, ceramic molding, investment casting, low pressure die casting, lost foam shell and high volume green sand applications.

Made from a high purity Amorphous Silica yarn, with a leno weave and a phenolic resin coating.

· Mesh size 1.5mm x 1.5mm - 132 openings per square inch

· Mesh size 2.0mm x 2.0mm - 91 openings per inch

· Mesh size 2.0mm x 3.0mm - 75 openings per square inch
