High Temperature, Heat & Flame Resistant and Thermal Insulating

428°F / 220°C Continuous Exposure: Higher Intermittent

ThermaSleeveä high temperature and heat resistant silicone sponge foam sleeve provides protection and insulation up to 500F / 260C.  Fabricated as a closed-cell low density sponge/foam with a low k factor (high insulation factor).

Available as a continuous sleeve and as a slit sleeve for retrofit installation.

Custom made in any ID and OD, or standard sizes of .5" ID, .75" ID, 1" ID, 1.25" ID, 1.5" ID with .5" wall thickness.

The minimum quantity per run is 100 feet.

Standard firmness grades: soft, medium-soft, medium-firm and firm.

Extra firm materials with density up to 56lbs/cu.ft. (0.9g/cc).

Extrusions are fully post-cured and can be certified to selected ASTM D1056 and ASTM D6576 specifications and AMS 3195 / 3196.

Standard color is red. Grey, black, white and special color matches are also available.

Grey flame retardant grades are UL94V-0 recognized at certain specified density and thickness ranges.

Extreme high temperature grades suitable for continuous use at 500F (260C) and intermittent use up to 570F (300C) available in dark grey or natural opaque colors.

White FDA 21 CFR 177-2600 grade for food contact applications.

Electrically conductive grade available.
