Stainless steel and Inconel mesh is typically used to support insulation batt material for the fabrication of removable insulation systems. Highly flexible conformable to allow the mesh to fit close to complex shapes or elbows and radius parts such as turbo-chargers.
Supplied as a two-ply "sock" in standard widths of 30" - it can be cut to result in a sheet 60" wide. Other sizes available are 12", 18" 24" or 42".

This knitted mesh is fabricated from 0.008", 0.0095 or 0.011" diameter wire for the 304 grade. 0.008" and 0.011" is used for the 430 grade and Inconel.
The standard mesh is 304 SS. 430 SS is available and Inconel is available.
The standard mesh density is 60 per square inch. 76 density is available.
For 304 the yield is approx 24 sq/ft per pound for 0.008 wire and 18 per pound for 0.0095 in 304
